The Chief Product Officer reporting to our CEO of Allwyn Digital, defines our product vision, strategy, and ensures deployment and execution across global markets. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a newly created Group product team within our Digital function, driving innovation in a fast-paced, regulated industry. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to deliver products that captivate audiences and set new standards. Working in a matrix Local/Global operating model across our Group focusing on iLottery, iGaming, online sports betting and casual gaming. Develop and execute a bold, customer-centric digital product vision and roadmap aligned with growth plans, business objectives and market opportunities.
What you will do:
- Own P&L for product organisation, oversee the full digital product lifecycle, from concept to launch ensuring continuous innovation, exceptional quality and unique market positioning.
- Centralize product oversight and establish common frameworks for product planning and delivery and prioritise product development based on strategic value and ROI across markets.
- Build the digital product function from scratch, including hiring, mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Ensuring talent across the Group is utilised and developed.
- Partner with Local operating companies and Group partners to ensure seamless product delivery and regulatory adherence.
- Operate with a start-up mentality - rapid prototyping, data-driven decision-making to accelerate time-to-market.
- Champion user experience and insights to ensure products resonate with diverse audiences and deliver exceptional value.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience as a senior product leader (CPO, VP Product, or equivalent) in gaming, entertainment, or digital consumer businesses in a global environment
- Visionary leader who can inspire and motivate cross-functional colleagues to deliver and perform at their best
- Proven track record of launching engaging digital products in competitive markets
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, build from zero, and scale rapidly
- Comfortable setting vision while rolling up sleeves to support execution
- Deep understanding of user behaviour, design thinking, and data-driven product development
- Familiarity with working in a regulated industry
