Allwyn is looking for a Group Brand Manager to help shape and elevate our global brand. In this role, you’ll work alongside the Group Brand Lead to ensure our brand is unified and impactful across every channel. You’ll play a key part in supporting our positioning, driving integration, and building long-term brand value through expertly managed projects.
What will you do?
- Support the implementation of Allwyn’s global brand strategy across multiple markets, ensuring our brand is unified and impactful everywhere.
- Shape integrated brand plans that deliver real results, balancing ROI with long-term growth.
- Conduct research and analysis to track brand performance, spot opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure our brand identity is brought to life consistently across every channel and project.
- Lead and deliver brand projects on time and within budget, optimizing internal processes and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with market leaders and teams across the group, aligning strategies and sharing knowledge to amplify our impact.
- Support agency management, budgeting, and operational excellence—tracking KPIs and providing insights that drive the brand forward.
What do you need to succeed?
- At least 7 years in marketing / Brand management, with a strong focus on B2C global brands
- Experience in the Lottery/iGaming/Sports betting category is a big plus
- University degree, preferably in communication or marketing
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and market integration
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Efficient agency & budget management
- Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluent or Native English

This position will be Prague-based, however frequent travel would be required approx. 30% of the time (mostly across Europe).
